acrylicalchemy: As every story has a past, pre…

As every story has a past, present, and future, what may at first glimpse appear to be non-objective abstraction is in fact energetic imagery interacting and breathing through the boundlessness of space and time.

Featured: Getting Back To Where I’ve Never Been (Coeurd’aleuer). Acrylic on canvas. 48in x 48in. This painting is one of the first inspired by Deanne and was created after my first visit across the country to Coeur d’Alene to see her when she relapsed. This was what I saw in my head flying overhead as I gazed upon parts of the country I had not previously seen. I think it’s important to not only dream about places we’ve never been, but to get there.
